Frequently asked questions

What are SwapWallet’s trading fees?

The base trading fee is 0.1% on the USDT market and 0.2% on the Toman (IRT) market. It drops as your level rises, down to 0.07% and 0.14%.

How is my VIP level decided?

By your trading volume over the last 30 days. The more you trade, the higher your level and the lower your fee. It updates automatically; there is nothing to apply for.

What is the withdrawal fee and how is it charged?

The withdrawal fee is charged when you send a coin from SwapWallet to another wallet or exchange on the blockchain. It is a flat amount, taken from the coin you withdraw, and set separately for each coin on each network. Every figure is in the table on this page and is shown again before you confirm a withdrawal.

What is the USDT withdrawal fee on TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20?

Right now: BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) 0.5 USDT, Polygon 1 USDT, Arbitrum One 1 USDT, TON 1 USDT, Ethereum (ERC20) 1.2 USDT, Solana (SPL) 1.9 USDT, Tron (TRC20) 4.9 USDT. The fee differs a lot between networks, so pick one your destination supports with the lowest fee.

Is sending crypto to another SwapWallet user free?

Yes. Transfers between SwapWallet users, including to your contacts, are internal: instant and free, with no cap. Only withdrawals to a wallet outside SwapWallet have a withdrawal fee.

Why does the same coin cost different amounts to withdraw on different networks?

Each network (such as Tron, TON or BNB Smart Chain) has its own transaction costs. To pay the least, compare the networks in the table and choose one that both your destination supports and has a lower fee.

Are there any other hidden fees?

No. There are only two fees: the trading fee and the withdrawal fee. Both are shown in full before you confirm, so you always know exactly what you pay.
